This recipe makes about 2 cups of batter! Keep it in your measuring cup and use it to pour the batter onto a medium heat skillet with either melted butter or hot oil on it. This recipe makes about 4 medium/small pancakes and is perfect for two people…or one  if you’re hungry ;) Feel free to just double the recipe if you’re feeding more people.

I swear this recipe is sooo easy! And sooo delicious! It takes about 15 minutes of active cooking and is a great base for your breakfast or quick fix if you’re all very hungry and need food NOW!

This isn't the most complicated or gourmet recipe but I aim to share simple, relatively healthy staples that can help you make scratch made food often and easily!

I also want to show you that you do not need to buy bisquick! Just buy yourself some self-rising flour and add a little sugar.

We use our self-rising flour for biscuits, pancakes, mug cookies, cobblers and so much more. It was a staple in my house growing up!

How do you make your pancakes? Would you try this recipe?
